How to use Diwali Lehiyam powder:

  1. Mix the powder with water  to make a paste.
  2. Cook it with jaggery syrup and ghee/sesame oil until it thickens.
  3. Consume 1 teaspoon (or a small marble-sized ball).

 

When to take:

  • Traditionally on Diwali morning, after oil bath and before meals.
  • Anytime as a digestive aid after heavy food.
